For custom-made products: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of confirmed product quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor imperfections or personal dissatisfaction with custom orders. All other items with verified quality issues are eligible for returns or exchanges.

A: Orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Custom orders require an additional 3-5 business days of production time before shipping, depending on the product type.
